# AMW ai: the AMW ai Vault

> The private AI assistant for the professional office: serious software for real office work, not a simple chat window. The AMW ai Vault is a machine installed on your office network with no connection to the internet and no remote access. It runs its own AI model, a local large language model, on a professional graphics card inside the machine, so it keeps working with no internet connection. Your team uses it in a web browser like any website. Nothing anyone types, uploads or says is sent to the cloud or to AMW ai. Built to order, delivered, installed and supported in person by AMW ai in Draper, Utah, for offices within about an hour of Draper, from Ogden to Provo and up to Park City (Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, Weber and Summit counties).

## What it does
- Answers anything, privately, the way people use public AI, without anything being sent outside the office.
- Answers questions about the office's own documents, with the page each answer came from.
- Drafts letters, emails, summaries and briefings from the office's own files.
- Shows what changed between two versions of a document and what a contract leaves out; reminds the office of bill and contract dates (Vault Plus and above).
- Records meetings and dictated notes: who said what, what was decided, and what to do next.
- Turns scans and phone photos into searchable documents, named and filed by what they are.
- Each person can keep a private folder no one else in the office can see.

## Privacy and support
- No connection to the internet; no remote access, not even for AMW ai.
- Updates and support happen in person at the customer's office; the Vault accepts only software signed by AMW ai.
- Drives are encrypted and unlock only inside that machine.
- The plan includes four scheduled visits a year, license renewal, software updates installed in person, a health check at every visit, software problems fixed on site at no charge, and unlimited users.
- Hardware: parts carry their makers' warranties and AMW ai handles the claim; labor covered the first year, parts at cost outside warranty, a flat $150 per hardware repair trip. The machine is bought and owned outright; paying a year of software and service up front saves 5%; the software is licensed for one year at a time.

- Vault, 24 GB of AI memory: machine $8,000; setup fee $1,500; software and service $2,250 per quarter.
- Vault Plus, 32 GB: machine $11,000; setup fee $2,000; software and service $3,000 per quarter.
- Vault Pro, 48 GB: machine $17,500; setup fee $2,500; software and service $3,750 per quarter.
- Vault Max, 72 GB: machine $20,500; setup fee $3,000; software and service $4,250 per quarter.
- Vault Ultra, 96 GB: machine $33,500; setup fee $3,500; software and service $4,750 per quarter.
- A Vault answers one question at a time, in turn. Bespoke builds on request.
