The AMW ai Vault is a ready to use private AI assistant for medical, dental and accounting offices. Why cloud AI is harder for patient and tax records
When your staff use a public AI tool, what they type or upload goes to an outside company's computers, under that company's terms. For patient records and client tax files, that is one more company handling your data. The AMW ai Vault does its work on a machine in your own office, so no outside company sees a question, a document or an answer, including us.
For medical and dental offices
- Dictation and notes. Dictate a note or record a staff meeting; who said what and what to do next are written up and filed.
- Referral summaries. Ask for the key points of a long referral letter or record, with the page each one came from.
- Scanned forms, searchable. Scan a stack of intake forms or faxes; every page becomes a document you can search, named and filed.
It is an office assistant, not a medical record system or a medical device, and it does not make clinical decisions. A person in your office reviews its work.
For accounting and bookkeeping offices
- Years of client files, searchable. Ask about any client the way you would ask a colleague, and see the page or sheet the answer came from.
- Client letters. A finished letter for each client on a list, each with their own name, figures and dates, ready for your edit.
- Statement summaries. The key figures and changes in a statement or a set of invoices, summed up.
- Deadline reminders. It reads bills and contracts and reminds you before dates come due (AMW ai Vault Plus and above).
It does not give tax or legal advice. It helps your team find, draft and check, and your people make the calls.
No IT department needed

That is a specialist's job, not a practice manager's. We build it on our bench in Draper, install it, show your team, and come back for four scheduled visits a year. Questions
Does patient or client information leave the office?
No. The AMW ai Vault has no internet connection and no remote access, not even for AMW ai. Documents are read, searched and answered inside the machine in your office.
Do we need an IT department?
No. We build it, install it on your network and keep it current in person. Your team opens it in the web browser they already use.
Can each person keep files private?
Yes. Everyone has their own sign in, and each person can keep a private folder that no one else in the office can see or search.
Is it a medical record system or tax software?
No. It is an office assistant that works alongside the systems you already use. It finds, drafts and summarizes from your own documents, and a person in your office reviews its work.
